GYMNASIUM (GYM) Body bnane ke tips.

GYM aaj kal shayad hi koi ho jo isko na jaanta ho bss isko kuch log alag alag naam se pukarte hai. Yoga, health,  fitness and bodybuilding. etc. isme sb chij aati hai . ek tarah se yah kaha ja skta hai ki swashthya sharir (स्वस्थ्य शरीर). Aajkal iska ek tarah se pagalpan yuva me itna jyada hai ki pucho nhi. yova to yova bachhe, mahila ur old age person sabhi me dikh rha hai.
hum sabhi ko achhi body ka shauk ho gya hai. hum sabhi log actor, actress ko fit & fine dekhte hai.




      • fitness se pahle kuch baate pta hona jaruri hai 
  • Bodybuilding krna hai to workout to krna hai hi uske sath hi khane pine ka dhyan jarur rakhe. workout krne se phle high protein diet ur drink le. After workout ache se protein le drink piye.
  • workout krne se phle warmup ur stretching ache se krna jaruri hai.
  • Ek plan banaye aur regular gym workout karte rahe. Weight training ke saath cardio-aerobics karna avashyak hai.
  • workout krne se hmari body se bahut paseena nikal jata hai iske liye pani ka dhyan rakhe ur daily jyada se jyada pani piye. ur apne trainer ki salah le.
  • Ek din me ek muscle ki trainning kre. jaise ki ek din chest next day back next biceps etc.
  • sirf gym jane se hi nhi bnti hai fitness. aap cycling running, Yoga  etc. kr skte hai.
  • Body bnane ke liye workout ke sath diet ur diet ke sath body rest bahut jaruri hai. iska dhyan rakhe ur din me km se km 7-8 hr jarur soye rest krne se hmari body me exercise ke dauran huyi tut fut ki maramat hoti hai.
