                               Aaj mai aapko shoulder workout btane ja rha hu. ye workout mujhe bahut pasand  hai. SHOULDER  bahut hi jaruri hai upper shape ko achha look deta hai. Aur jo bhi hum log cloths phnte hai isse shape achha aata hai.
     Aaj kal kuch log hai jinko shoulder ke bare me sahi knowledge nhi hoti hai aur isko shi se nhi lgate hai. aur body me kuch kmi lgti hai. shoulder me DELT aur TRAPS per jyada achhe se work krna padta hai. 

jinko ni samajh aa rha hai iss body part ka wo hamari phli article gym wali dekh skte hai usme pure body parts ko dikhaya gya hai. Fir bhi mai thoda sa aapko image se dikha rha hu.
